Mr. Dobelstein lives and practices in Alpharetta, Georgia. He graduated from the University of Miami, in South Florida, where he lived for twenty-six years. He practices in Atlanta, North Fulton County and surrounding counties, including Forsyth, Cobb, Gwinnett and Dawson.

Mr. Dobelstein is married, has two married children and four grandchildren.
